Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and the express payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your card details.

In which currency are prices shown?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request a cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order by contacting us at getelvo98@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status from your account.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, fragrances must be unopened and unused, with the original packaging and seal intact. Return shipping is free. Read the full Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or leaking?
Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.

Fragrance Care

How should I store my perfume?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, with the cap on.

How can I make my fragrance last longer?
Apply to moisturised skin on pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears. Avoid rubbing your wrists together.
